The useful main features include:

- Abfuhrkalender with reminder function

Create personal reminders of collection dates. These will appear on your smartphone at the time you select (for example, the evening before the collection date) and help you avoid missing a delivery date.

- Registration of Sperrabfall on call

Quite simply, you can register with the help of the app and your Sperrabfall for collection. As with our online form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail or e-mail with the respective pick-up date after completing all mandatory fields.

- Overview of our sites for waste disposal, sales outlets of official garbage bags and distributors of yellow sacks and organic bags

For example, you can see where the next recycling center or waste glass container is located or the nearest issuing office for yellow bags and organic bags. On request, you can also navigate to the respective destination via your current location.

- Order waste containers, replace them or notify person changes

As soon as a new waste container is needed for the first time, when an existing container is to be replaced (for example when changing to a larger waste container) or when the number of people in the household changes, you can easily report this change via the waste app.

- Report illegal waste deposits

In order to report illegal waste deposits to us, just fill in all required fields, as in our online form. You also have the option to add photos and send us the location for more accurate location. We try to identify the polluter and take care of the proper disposal.

With this function, you can either call up an alphabetical list of various wastes or search directly for specific terms using the search function. For each type of waste listed you will see how or where you can dispose of them.
